The Midlothian Business Alliance held a free morning networking event on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Bainbridge Midlothian Clubhouse, 12400 Dutton Road, Midlothian, VA 23113. Natalie Spillman, Intergovernmental Relations Director with Chesterfield County, gave a brief overview of the recent General Assembly session and key legislative developments for the community, and Matt Harris, Deputy County Administrator for Finance and Administration, gave a snapshot of the Chesterfield County budget as it related to Midlothian. Both were available for questions afterward. The event was sponsored by Hewitt Solutions, a Midlothian-based engineering and land development consulting firm.

Tours of Bainbridge Midlothian

Attendees toured the award-winning Bainbridge Midlothian apartments, Midlothian's newest luxury apartment community. The 310-unit community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with high-end finishes, and its amenities and state-of-the-art clubhouse had already won awards for their design.

Getting there

The Alliance gave directions to the clubhouse: coming from Midlothian Turnpike, turn onto Walmart Way; after Sam's Club, turn right to stay on Walmart Way; pass Argent Credit Union and The Townes at Hartford Hill; continue past the first apartment building and turn into the second road into the apartment community, with the clubhouse directly ahead.
