What changed for members
Members who had an account on the old system needed to request a new password before logging in to the new one for the first time. Once the password was reset, they could register for events as they had previously.
The Alliance asked for patience during the transition and directed anyone with trouble registering for an event — or with any other problem — to [email protected], where a team was ready to assist. Members registering for a paid event or a membership could also ask to be invoiced by PayPal instead.
