Why Funktastic
The meadery opened in January 2022 with a 90s-centric craft vibe, and in April 2024 expanded to offer craft beer alongside its meads. The July happy hour was the membership's first MBA gathering at the expanded taproom.
Afterward
In its July 16 newsletter the Alliance thanked Funktastic Meads & Beer for hosting, and passed along the owners' invitation to members to come back, try the new beer and explore the meads.
