What the MBA said about the case
The MBA described Spring Rock Green as an important project in the Midlothian district and a redevelopment of a key property that would provide significant investment to an aging corridor. It said the project would add to the already successful Stonebridge Shopping Center and Boulders Office Parks. The Spring Rock Green project later became known as Springline at District 60.
