The two items
Proposed amendments to the Midlothian Special Design District and Parking for Certain Office and Commercial Uses Countywide. The county had been presenting the proposed amendments to area businesses and the community and had received feedback on the proposals.
A zoning request from Westchester Towns Development Company, LLC. The company sought to rezone 13.5 acres from industrial to residential near Watkins Centre Parkway and Midlothian Turnpike, proposing to build townhomes on the property.
Chris Jenkins, the MBA's Vice President and Director of Community Affairs, sent the notice the morning of the meeting and pointed members to the full agenda.
