The Midlothian Business Alliance held its May Social in person on Thursday, May 6, 2021, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., on the patio at Midlothian Chef's Kitchen, award-winning Chef David Dunlap's chef-driven restaurant in the heart of Midlothian, at 11501 Busy Street, North Chesterfield, VA 23236.

The social was outdoors and in person on May 6; May 13 had been held as a rain date but was not needed. Attendance was limited to 30 people. COVID-19 precautions remained in effect: masks when inside the restaurant, and anyone not feeling well was asked to stay home.
In its July newsletter the MBA thanked everyone who attended the May Social at Midlothian Chef's Kitchen, writing that it was great catching up with people the alliance had not seen in person in so long.
