The Midlothian Business Alliance held Midlothian Outlook 2021 on Thursday, February 18, 2021 as a virtual presentation — the first virtual edition of its annual Outlook meeting. Supervisors Leslie Haley (Midlothian) and Chris Winslow (Clover Hill) discussed what was planned for Midlothian in the coming year and answered questions submitted by MBA members.

Because the event was virtual, the MBA asked members to email their questions for Ms. Haley and Mr. Winslow ahead of time and said it would make an effort to answer all of the submitted questions. The alliance described the meeting as "the first (and hopefully last) virtual Midlothian Outlook."
