What was proposed
The property totals 10± acres and was vacant land zoned for office uses. The applicant proposed to build a multifamily residential community at a maximum density of 245 units, and suggested that the use would complement the other office uses in the park. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic the applicant could not host a community meeting in person, and instead made a presentation available online through November 20.
The MBA's call for comment
Chris Jenkins, the MBA's Director of Community Affairs, wrote that the alliance continued to encourage members to get involved in the process and communicate their thoughts as projects progressed.
