Two community meetings introduced the Draft Midlothian Community Special Area Plan in the last week of June 2019: the first on Monday, June 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Winfree Memorial Baptist Church, 13617 Midlothian Turnpike, and the second on Tuesday, June 25 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Midlothian, 13800 Westfield Road. The MBA described the draft as representing the community's input and vision, and as a roadmap for the future of Midlothian.
