Midlothian District Supervisor Leslie Haley introduced the Draft Midlothian Community Special Area Plan at an informal breakfast at Great Harvest Bread Company, 13541 Midlothian Turnpike, on Monday, June 17, 2019, from 7:30 to 9 a.m.
The draft plan had been three years in the making and was built on community input. The breakfast was a drop-in event — attendees could arrive any time during the two hours to review the draft and talk with neighbors about what they wanted to see in Midlothian’s future.
